Jeremiah Williamson is with Greg Bailey in Gouverneur.
I spent the second Sunday of this Easter season in St. Lawrence county with the good people of Trinity Church, Gouverneur, NY.
They pray and praise with passion. It was a joy to worship with them.
Fr. Greg Bailey is their pastor. He is deeply committed to Christ, deeply committed to the life of prayer, and deeply committed to the parish. He and his wife, Trudy, make ministry an absolute priority. And their congregation appreciates their dedication and appreciates them. There is a lot of love at Trinity!

On Tuesday May 21st. Trinity Church, Gouverneur, were honored to have The Sisters from the Community of St. Mary, Eastern Province (Rev. Mother Mariam, Sr. Mary Elizabeth) along with Sisters from the Community of St. Mary, Luwinga, Malawi (Sr. Jane and Sr. Martha). Trinity Church has been involved with the support of The Sisters and the Orphanage they started for the past 20* years. It's service to the people of Malawi, has grown, from the handful of children they started with to 150 and now well into the hundreds that they care for. What started out to be a place where the children could be feed has grown into a school, and a place to learn about God, and even extending their help to the children they care for into secondary studies and on to University. With many of those who complete their education returning to the area to help others in need. Trinity Church was honored that the Sisters thought enough of us to make a stop and share Noonday Prayer, a light luncheon, and the update given by the Sisters, as to what they have been doing and what they hope to do in the future, with our continued support and that of many others. May God continue to bless this ministry and all of The Sisters of Saint Mary.
